WordPress Maintenance & Security Support is a proactive service designed to keep your website secure, up-to-date and running at peak performance so you can focus on your business.
We check your website several times per week and keep it fully up to date. Out-of-date software is the number one reason WordPress sites get hacked, and this service exists to prevent that. Our comprehensive maintenance stack includes third-party monitoring tools to make sure your site stays online, fast and resilient, plus priority restoration and support if anything goes wrong.
Pricing:
- Annual – $900 per year (best value)
- Biannual – $500 every 6 months
- Quarterly – $280 per quarter

Frequently asked questions
Why does my website need maintenance?
WordPress websites, just like your computer or mobile phone, should be updated and backed up regularly. Updates improve performance and security which in turn help with the customer experience and your SEO.
Because WordPress is so popular (one in three websites on the internet), it is constantly being attacked by hackers who want to steal passwords and private information, use your website as spam server or mine cryptocurrency and grind your website down to a halt. When WordPress developers find these weaknesses, they update them. You will help keep your website safe from cyber attacks by keeping all your WordPress core and software up-to-date.
Why would somebody hack my site, I’m not that big?
Hackers usually don’t choose which site they will hack.
A minority of hackers may target specific business or government websites for the challenge, in most cases hackers use scripts that search websites for known vulnerabilities.
“Over the past three years, more than 3/4 of websites scanned contained unpatched vulnerabilities,” according to this Symantec study, “one in seven (15 %) of which were deemed critical in 2015.”
Small businesses can be vulnerable targets because often they don’t make security a priority.
Does it matter what hosting provider I’m using?
We can work with any WordPress site regardless of the hosting provider. We understand different websites have different requirements and budgets.

Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Yes, all types of WordPress websites are included in our plan, however you must purchase the Business class maintenance plan for any WooCommerce support.
What kind of tasks are NOT covered by the maintenance plans?
Custom plugin development, search engine optimization services or search marketing services, custom coding modifications/troubleshooting, logo creation, eCommerce or membership implementations, website redesign, new page creation, content creation or media creation, image research, custom theme development
Multisite websites are not supported.
Maintenance does not include fixing custom code, that would need to be quoted on a case by case basis.
Can’t I just update WordPress myself?
Yes you can, but updating WordPress is often more than just pressing the update button. Ocassionally when you do this something will break, and unless you have the expertise to fix the bugs or restore a website, you are left with a broken website. Additionally, the software we use to provide security, back-ups and optimisation are all professionally licensed, so you would still need to buy the software licenses separately if you do the maintenance yourself to the same standard as we provide.
What happens if the website goes down?
We take full responsibility for any problems caused by us during software updating and we will fix any problems at no extra cost.
If we find any incompatibilities with plugins or themes, we will try to fix them. If that’s not possible, then we will try to find alternative solutions.
If all else fails, we will restore the site and contact the software developer on your behalf to try to resolve the issues.
While we can’t be held responsible for lost income, we will do our best to keep you satisfied.
